Our Estates

Our family has been cultivating our own Corinthian Currants before 1900. 
Our cultivations are located in Marathia Amalias and cover an area of 50 acres.
The product is carefully handpicked in mid August and is “spread” on earthen threshing floors covered with cloths under the Greek sun. Depending on the sunshine, the drying time ranges from 10-15 days. Immediately after drying, we remove as many dry stalks as possible. Then, it is put into bins and moved to our factory’s cool and shady warehouse ready for the production process.
